PROCUREMENT ENGINEER m/f/d

THIS EXCITING CHALLENGE IS WAITING FOR YOU

· Identify, evaluate new suppliers, and coordinate development and qualification processes
· Communicate design and requirements to suppliers
· Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers in the development to improve design for manufacturability and identify cost reduction opportunities
· Review and negotiate terms and quotation
· Keep track of supplier development status, identify risks and root causes, and collaborate with teams to solve problems
· Plan supply capacity, place orders, and follow material up on-time delivery

THESE CHARACTERISTICS DISTINGUISH YOU 

· Bachelor's Degree, Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial engineering preferred
· 2+ years practical experience in manufacturing environment
· Ability to read and work with technical drawings
· Willingness to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
· Good team player, open minded, and can take criticism
· Fluent in English is preferred
· Experienced in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) ; VBA programming is a plus
