THESE EXCITING TASKS ARE WAITING FOR YOU

·    Monitor deadlines, quality and target specifications for all assigned projects and tasks
·    Create relevant key metrics and data for strategical decision making
·    Introduce and coordinate technology and production processes improvements
·    Assist in planning, coordination and preparation for pilot launch and mass production
·    Initiating, conducting and documenting test trials 
·    Controlling and further development of implemented solutions
·    Daily cooperation with the department in Switzerland

THESE CHARACTERISTICS COMPLEMENT OUR TEAM 
·    Higher technical education 
·    Work experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
·    Good knowledge of project and process management (e.g. Lean Management, Intralogistics)
·    Polish native speaker with advanced language skills in English (min. B2 level)
·    Knowledge of German language will be an additional advantage
·    Independent working method and ability to work in a team
·    Creativity and resilience
·    Flexibility and readiness for occasional business trips
