THESE EXCITING TASKS AWAIT YOU     

With your enthusiastic nature, as well as your sense for market-specific and effective marketing activities, you will work to establish DT Swiss as the most impactful brand for road and MTB components within the North American market.

·  Implementation of a consistent and unique regional marketing agenda in alignment with the global marketing agenda and regional marketing lead
·  Creation of cohesive product stories and product launch concepts; formulating new, disruptive communication ideas and commercializing DT Swiss’ products in the local market
·  Distribution of all communication activities across all relevant channels
·  Analysis of brand position for both road and MTB categories in the American market
·  Benchmarking against competition and define market-specific brand position goals in alignment with the global marketing strategy
·  Development and establishment of strategic relationships with various partners, who most effectively align with DT Swiss’ global and regional marketing agendas
·  Organization of region-specific sponsoring activities 


THESE QUALITIES COMPLEMENT OUR TEAM
·  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related fields
·  Several years of work experience within the bicycle industry may substitute for the education
·  Strong project management skills, as well as specific market knowledge
·  In-depth ability to build and maintain relationships 
·  Exemplary coordination skills and efficient implementation of specifications 
·  Fluency in English required; extra languages are a welcomed plus
·  Reliable enthusiast with outstanding verbal and written communication skills 
·  Flexible self-starter with a cooperative work style 
·  High affinity for digital tools and data-orientation; SAP knowledge is a plus
·  High willingness to travel and passionate for product and brand building
